Why do I need to book through Go Travel?
It is possible for you to book onto this Royal Caribbean cruise without going through Go Travel. However, if you do so, you WILL NOT be able to attend any of the private concerts for our group. While a handful of the events may be open to the general public aboard, the majority of the events are closed private events only for our group. Part of the price you pay for the cruise through Go Travel, helps us produce all of the entertainment we provide aboard. There are NO exceptions to this rule and we are NOT allowed to sell tickets for our shows once onboard. Sorry!
Why does it seem I have to register online so many times?
Your first online registration will be with Go Travel or you may have done this on the phone when you booked your cruise. You will likely get an online registration for from ElvisFestival.com/Go Travel a couple of weeks prior to the cruise where we will confirm some information (like your legal name that appears on your passport) and ask for other information (like your t-shirt size). The most important online registration to do is with Royal Caribbean prior to the cruise. After registering with them you will get your “Sea Pass,” and be able to print luggage tags for board the ship. Click here for an example.
Why do I need luggage tags for boarding the ship?
When you arrive at the port, the luggage you are checking is taken by a porter and brought directly to your stateroom. It may not arrive at your stateroom until 8 PM on the day of departure so make sure and bring a carryon with the things you might need until it arrives (including a change of clothes for that evening’s activities and maybe a bathing suit, but don’t pack too much as you have to carry it around most of the day!). Once you register with Royal Caribbean you will be able to print your luggage tags. Click here for an example.
